Hello Sunshine!
And lovin' it!
So quick, here's our pick of sunnies from The Brunel & Regent St for less than £20!
Longer days and sunnier skies are most definitely here! So it only seems right to have the perfect pair of shades in tow!
This year, anything goes; from angular frames to tinted aviators, cat eyes, boxy plastics, and a tonne of tortoise shell.
The spring/summer catwalks have been abundant with oh-so-quirky styles to help you stand out from the crowd, as well as showcasing more familiar, classic styles.
We’ve therefore taken a trip to The Brunel and Regent Street to suss out the best shades around, without breaking the bank.
Less than £20 in fact!
Here’s a few of our favourites.
Tortoise Shell Wrap Arounds, £2
Primark
Primark have an enormous selection of sunnies this year (seriously, there’s an entire wall full of them) but these little wrap arounds are an absolute steal. Glam and sophisticated, and they cost less than a cup of coffee. Bargain or what?!
Aviators, £3
Dorothy Perkins
Aviators are always a classic, and look amazing on those with square-shaped faces, or those blessed with strong jawlines. These shades are also on sale from £8, so you even get to save a few pennies along the way!
Cat Eyes, £6
Peacocks
We don’t know about you, but we ADORE a cat eye. Versatile enough to suit every face shape, and give a feminine edge to your look. If in doubt, opt for a pair of these bad boys!
Hexagonals, £8.99
New Look
A little bit out there, but we couldn’t resist! These quirky frames are perfect for festival season, and work well with most face shapes.
Wayfarers, £8.99
New Look
A modern classic! If you can’t quite afford those really famous designer Wayfarers (nope, us neither) then don’t despair- New Look have plenty of Wayfarers available, including these beauties. Super cute, super pink!
Chunky Preppy Squares, £15
Marks and Spencer
Not a bad price for these ultra-cool peepers- these shades have a great 70s vibe, and instantly add chic to any outfit, come rain or shine. The frames are also nice and strong so should last fairly well. We might have to purchase a pair ourselves…
Have a great summer!
